Sundae Kids는 Poysian Pratchaya Mahapauraya와 Kavin Thienvutichai가 함께 만들어가는 아트 듀오로, 사랑과 관계, 일상의 감정을 다정하게 포착한 감성적인 만화로 잘 알려져 있다.
두 사람의 여정은 연인의 사소하지만 공감 어린 순간들을 네다섯 컷의 짧은 만화로 풀어내는 작업에서 시작됐다. 군더더기 없는 선과 섬세한 감정선으로 그려낸 이들의 스토리텔링은 세대를 초월해 폭넓은 공감을 얻으며, Sundae Kids만의 따뜻한 그래픽 언어를 만들어왔다. 이후 일러스트레이션, 애니메이션, 디자인 등 다양한 매체로 영역을 확장하며 그들의 비주얼 세계는 한층 풍부해졌다.
이들의 섬세한 서사는 Facebook, Valentino, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Lay’s, Monocle, Godiva, Loacker, Nestle, L’occitane, Hoegaarden, Niko and …, Ginza Magazine 등 세계적인 브랜드와의 협업으로 이어졌으며, 일본·홍콩·싱가포르·미국·영국·태국 등 전 세계 곳곳에서 활발히 활동을 이어가고 있다.
Sundae Kids is the artistic collaboration of Poysian Pratchaya Mahapauraya and Kavin Thienvutichai, whose comics gently capture the emotions of love, relationships, and daily life.
Sundae Kids began by creating four- to six-panel comics portraying the tender and relatable moments between a couple. Their clean, expressive style and emotionally resonant storytelling appeal to audiences of all ages. Over time, their visual language has expanded into various media, including illustrations, animations, and design.
Their storytelling has led to collaborations with leading international brands such as Facebook, Valentino, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Lay’s, Monocle, Godiva, Loacker, Nestle, L’occitane, Hoegaarden, Niko and …, Ginza Magazine, and more across countries including Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the US, the UK, Thailand, and beyond.
