도회적 감성이 흐르는 에비수의 랜드마크, 에비수 가든 플레이스(Ebisu Garden Place)에 새로운 지속가능한 공간이 탄생했다. 이름하여 ‘쉐어 컬렉션(Share Collection)’. 다양한 차세대 공유 서비스를 위한 실험적 플랫폼이다. 고급스러운 라이프스타일로 주목받는 이 지역에 새롭게 자리 잡은 이 공간은, 비주얼 아이덴티티를 위해 이탈리아 출신의 아티스트 미켈라 피키(Michela Picchi)를 초대했다. 미켈라 특유의 경쾌한 색채 감각과 생동감 있는 그래픽 스타일이 더해지며, ‘쉐어’라는 개념은 보다 긍정적이고 감각적인 이미지로 재해석되었다.
At Ebisu Garden Place, a landmark of the sophisticated city of Ebisu, a new sustainable initiative emerged: the ‘Share Collection’ building, created as a platform for various up and coming sharing services. It has been built in Ebisu, a luxury area in the city, and they invited Michela Picchi to visually conceptualise their ‘Share Collection’ in her classic joyous colour pallette.
미켈라 피키(Michela Picchi)는 ‘이지 셰어링(Easy Sharing)’이라는 개념을 실험적으로 구현한 이 공간의 외관 디자인을 맡았으며, 에비수 가든 플레이스 전역에 설치된 다양한 그래픽 요소들도 함께 작업했다.
이 공간은 ‘먼저 보고, 만지고, 사용해본 뒤에 구입한다’는 체험 중심의 소비 방식을 제안하며, 새로운 지속 가능한 라이프스타일을 지향한다.
잠깐 쓰고 마는 물건을 굳이 소유하지 않고, 정말 마음에 드는 것만 신중하게 선택하자는 철학을, 미켈라 특유의 밝고 대담한 색감으로 시각화한 이 공간은 오늘날의 소비 문화에 다시금 질문을 던진다.

This project promotes new, sustainable lifestyles where you do not own things that you only use temporarily, and where you only buy things that you really like after a trial run before purchasing.
