A TALE OF EACH BUSINESS POTENTIAL
2020년 여름은 뭐랄까, 좀 묘했다. 하지만 그 여름을 한층 더 달콤하게 만든 건, 바로 Parallel Studio와 Morgan Stanley의 협업으로 탄생한 아름다운 애니메이션. 이 작업은 뉴욕의 크리에이티브 에이전시 Elephant와 POCKO가 함께 제작을 맡았다.
이번 프로젝트에서 Morgan Stanley 글로벌 팀은 Parallel에 한 가지 미션을 맡겼다.모든 비즈니스가 품고 있는 ‘가능성’이라는 이야기를 생생하게 시각화해달라는 것.
그들이 전하고 싶었던 메시지는 단순했다.
“당신의 사업이 아무리 작아 보여도, 그 안에는 위대한 기업으로 성장할 잠재력이 있다.”
2020 Summer was a bit of a strange one… but something that made it much sweeter was the beautiful animation work created between Parallel Studio and Morgan Stanley, which we had the pleasure of producing with NYC agency, Elephant!
The global team at Morgan Stanley asked the Parallel team to bring to life a tale of how much potential each business really has. Their campaign wanted to show no matter how small your business, there is always potential for a greater company.
숨겨진 포털과 솟아오르는 스카이라인,이 모든 장면들은 당신 안에 숨어 있는 가능성을 암시한다. 어디에, 어떤 모습으로 숨어 있을지는 아무도 모른다. 하지만 분명히 존재한다는 것만은 확실하다.
일러스트레이터 조르다노 폴로니(Giordano Poloni)와 함께한 이번 프로젝트에서 POCKO는 스토리보드부터 애니메이션, 성우 디렉팅, 사운드 연출까지 전체 제작을 맡았다.
Upwards와 Hidden Potential 두 편의 애니메이션에는 손가락으로 꼽기 어려울 만큼 많은 캐릭터, 디테일한 배경, 레이어드된 패럴랙스가 숨어 있다.
사운드 디자인은 늘 믿고 듣는 Zing Audio가 맡았다.

Working with Illustrator Giordano Poloni, we were tasked with storyboarding, animating, VO and sound directing the two animations.
